Delivery scope

Delivery fees and free-delivery thresholds depend on the active destination rules shown during checkout.
Estimated timing starts after payment approval and any production lead time.

Customer responsibilities

Report delivery damage or missing items as soon as reasonably possible.

Standard returns

Standard catalog products may be eligible for return when they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the confirmed order.
Change-of-mind returns may be limited once production or dispatch has started, subject to mandatory consumer rights.

Non-returnable situations

Custom-made products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns after production starts.
Returns may be rejected when the product was misused, altered, or damaged after delivery.
